Sales Representative-No More Nights or Weekends!
A leader in the logistics industry is looking for a driven person to join a growing inside sales team. If you are currently working nights or weekends in a sales related role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work only M-F, 8:30-5:00! This opportunity will provide you with a rewarding career, ongoing training, benefits, and an exciting compensation plan.
Full training is provided so do not fret if you are new to the logistics or transportation industry. We will train you! This position is well suited for a successful individual in retail sales or telemarketing that's ready to take the next step in an inside sales role.
- Contact new and existing customers in North America over the telephone with a request to do business;
- Record sales activity results using a contact management database;
- Learn and develop industry knowledge;
- Meet and exceed sales targets;
- Excited to earn rewards for your sales efforts!
- Ability to build relationships over the phone
- Positive CAN DO attitude with a desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to close sales on the telephone
- Aggressively friendly, competitive and committed
- Post secondary education preferred
- Prior related experience is preferred (retail, door to door, inside sales, collections, telemarketing, outside sales, etc.)
