Customer Service Representative
・ Process customer orders and or inquires.
・ Resolve customer order issues and escalate priority customer issues.
・ Provide customers with product and service information as required.
・ Research requested information using available resources.
・ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
・ Meet and exceed individual and team sales and / or productivity goals.
・ Strong customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
・ Basic computer skills.
・ Previous customer service and sales experience an asset.
・ Able to work in a fast paced, high call volume environment.
