Work Engagement Profile Interpretive Report
The Work Engagement Profile Interpretive report measures four intrinsic rewards that individuals receive directly from their work – meaningfulness, choices, competence and progress. Interpretive information for the scores of each intrinsic reward include building blocks for improving and strengthening that reward. The 15 page* Interpretive Report also contains a detailed Action Plan worksheet for developmental planning.
Assessment results will be emailed within 48 hours of test completion. All test results are confidential. A free 20 minute discussion with a Recruitment Specialist (in person or on the phone) is also included if you would like to review your results. This service is optional.
